Oregon Health Authority is transitioning adult foster home residents in the 1915(i) HCBS program from LSI and LOCUS to a new assessment tool called interRAI.
We want to let you know that OHA is hosting an Educational Webinar about the transition to this new tool. Please see the below information provided by OHA on how to register and what will be covered.
